Media Bias

Well folks, I guess it's time we start paying attention.

Media Bias

Postby Paulyllama » Wed Sep 17, 2008 7:09 pm

I believe we need a fairness doctrine in order to rein in the unchecked power of the left wing news media. At this time almost all news media is controlled by the dnc, the only exceptions are talk radio, Fox News, and Glenn Beck. The libs want a fairness doctrine so they can shut down Conservative freespeech.
This election has shown how unbalanced the media has become, and now a price has to be paid.

gwen ifill's book liberal bias alone should have kept her out of the moderators chair last night, but through in her new book on barack hussein obama, and there should have been no doubt which side she's voting for.

Here's a link that shows how she helped the hussein camp last night.

cnn to black McCain Supporter. Why aren't you supporting obama?

Lets see if cnn has a white obama supporter on to ask why he's not voting for McCain.

It's not just networks, USAToday ran a front page story purporting to examine how both sides of the isle laid groundwork for the economic meltdown. http://www.usatoday.com/money/economy/2008-10-12-congress-meltdown_N.htm A cursory reading it becomes obvious the story plays up the role of deregulation while minimizing the roles of Fannie & Freddie. Among the facts mentioned (buried in the last 3rd of the story) are the hundreds of millions both companies spent on lobbying, & pointing out that a top former lobbyist is now on McCain's campaign team. The Dems repeatedly blocking attempts at reform & oversight, specifically pointing out Obama did not have a banking committee seat and played no role in drafting legislation or its defeat. That Chris Dodd was the single largest reciever of Fannie/freddie lobbying money. What caught my attention & concerns this thread were two glaring ommissions. That Obama was the 2nd or 3rd largest recipient of lobbying cash and lastly. There was no mention of Franklin Raines, who headed Fannie from 2000-'06, collected a total of $90 million in compensation, & is now, I believe, Obama's chief economic advisor. Rather curious facts to leave out, dont you think?

He is number two on the list, but remember the list is for 20 years. obama hasn't even been in office for 4 years. Another ceo this one for fannie mae, johnson, was on hussein's vp committee. That is until someone found out about 7 million dollars in sweet heart loans he received from country wide.

It's a good thing for hussein that the American public is to dumbed down to figure this out. It also doesn't hurt when most of the media doesn't investigate anything you do.

You have to love the liberal media. If a democrat does something wrong they either don't state the party affiliation, or hide it deep in the story. This story comes from hussein's stomping grounds, chicago. Rep bobby rush dem. Illinois has a 42 year old son that worked as a state prison official, and had intercourse with inmate under his charge. They never state rep bobby rush's party affiliation in the story, but then that might harm the reelection prospects of one of their liberal buddies. The slanted press can't have that. I sure the story was hidden deep in the paper also.

McCain Camp Fires Back at Times for Cindy McCain Story

http://elections.foxnews.com/2008/10/18 ... mes-story/

This is what ticks me off about the media. Look at what they did to Joe the plumber. The main stream media did more vetting of this man in 48 hours then they did to hussein in the last 4 years.

When Sarah Palin became the VP pick the main stream media sent to Alaska a 30 man character assassination team to dig up every skeleton she had.

Now they start in on Cindy McCain. This is just disgusting. Why do I need to know about things like her miscarriage, and addiction to pain killers. If she didn't break any laws, or do anything shade I don't need to know.

The main stream press won't look into hussein's drug use, or how he could have sat in his church for 20 years, and never notice what rev wright was saying. How about his dealings with terrorists, and acorn.

How about something a little less dated though. How about them not investigating his involvement in his cousin's election bid in kenya. His cousin is a muslim, and even with hussein help lost. Now what do you think his cousin, and his friends did after losing the election. They committed genocide. They went after the Christians, and murdered them. Did you hear any of this from the main stream press. NO! Why not?
